The Blue Belle Cottage sits on over 2.6 acres with a private dock overlooking a quiet lake, offering a peaceful place to unwind after a day on the water.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy living space with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, sauna, jet tub, and flexible sleeping arrangements including a master suite, loft space, and additional seating areas.

Enjoy mornings on the deck, evenings by the water, and a setting that feels like a true getaway — all just minutes from Lake Texoma.
